Migrant seriously injured after fall from 5th floor balcony
A foreign national was being treated for serious injuries in an Athens hospital after falling from the fifth floor of an Aghios Panteleimonas building on Sunday.
According to police reports, the man had been involved in a scuffle with a fellow resident and threatened the latter with a knife.
When officers arrived on the scene, the foreign national threw himself off a balcony, before being arrested and subsequently transferred to hospital.
Following an investigation, police officers discovered forged documents in his possession.
