Burnt body found in Xanthi thought to belong to homeless man
Authorities in Xanthi, northern Greece, were seeking to identify a young man whose charred remains were discovered in the early hours of Tuesday in a small apartment near the city center.
According to sources, the man is believed to be a homeless member of the Roma community with a history of alcoholism who had gone missing in recent weeks.
