Man uses rifle adjusted on crutch in bank robberies
Police in Thessaloniki arrested a 56-year-old man over charges of bank robbery and attempted bank robbery. The suspect allegedly used a rifle adjusted on a crutch to carry out the bank attacks.
According to reports, the 56-year-old took 12,600 euros in cash from an Alpha Bank branch in Diavata, but failed to complete his mission in his second attempt carried out at an Attica Bank outlet in the area of Sindos.
