Judges will not be deterred, insists minister after Corinth blast
Greece’s judges will not give in to pressure, Justice Minister Charalambos Athanasiou insisted on Monday after a device exploded outside the office of a magistrate in Corinth, west of Athens
The explosion early on Monday at Corinth’s main court led to damage but no injuries.
“Greek judicial employees have proved that they dutifully and responsibly carry out their tasks,” he said. “Acts of violence… will not deter them.”
Police did not immediately provide any possible motives for the Corinth attack.
