Cephalonia hit by 4.6 tremor
An earthquake measuring 4.6 on the Richter scale hit the island of Cephalonia at 9.31 a.m. on Saturday, the Athens Geodynamic Institute reported.
The tremor’s epicenter was located 18 kilometers northwest of the town of Argostoli.
The Ionian island has been hit by dozens of aftershocks following a strong 5.8 Richter quake on January 26.
