POE-OTA to hold protest on Friday
The municipal workers’ union (POE-OTA) has called its members to join a rally at the Ministry of Administrative Reform on Friday at 1 p.m.
The protest is organized against a planned mobility scheme for local government staff.
A union statement released on Thursday said sackings were taking place “on the altar of prejudices and neoliberal policies.” It said team of troika inspectors were likely to visit the ministry on Friday.
