Leftist MP undergoes third round of heart surgery

Leftist MP Nikos Voutsis on Wednesday underwent a coronary angioplasty for the third time after feeling unwell on his way to Parliament.

The leftist opposition SYRIZA deputy was taken to the capital’s Evangelismos Hospital, where medics decided to operate immediately after discovering that the deputy’s coronary artery had narrowed.
