Survivor of deadly attack on GD members testifies to police
A 29-year-old member of Golden Dawn who has been in intensive care since he sustained serious injuries in a shooting outside the neofascist party’s offices in Neo Iraklio, northern Athens, testified about the attack on Monday.
Alexandros Gerontas, who was discharged from the hospital on Friday, reportedly told police that he did not remember the gunmen’s faces.
Two other GD members, Manolis Kapelonis, 22, and Giorgos Fountoulis, 27, were killed in the attack last November.
