Prosecutor recommends jail for Makis Psomiadis
The public prosecutor recommended on Wednesday that businessman Makis Psomiadis should be sentenced to jail along with four other people for embezzling 21 million euros from AEK when he was in charge of the soccer club.
Psomiadis denies the charges.
In December, the former nightclub owner and newspaper publisher was sentenced to four-and-a-half years in prison for attempted blackmail and bribery.
