Kathimerini draws 8.03 mln euros after share capital increase

Kathimerini SA announced on Wednesday that 89.5 percent of its share capital increase was covered, allowing the listed company to draw 8.03 million euros from the sale of 24,332,294 new shares, while the remaining 2,867,706 were taken by the company’s existing shareholders.
