New service allows taxpayers to update personal data online

Greek taxpayers will soon be able to update their personal details via TaxisNet, the Finance Ministry’s online system for tax transactions.

Certified TaxisNet users will be able to make changes by filling in an online version of the M1 form.

Taxpayers wishing to update their personal profile have until now had to visit their local tax office.

The new service will made available following a decision by the Ministry’s general secretary for revenues Haris Theocharis.
