Teenager caught for picking pockets in Thessaloniki
A 17-year-old girl has been arrested in Thessaloniki for allegedly picking the pockets of locals shopping at open-air fruit and vegetable markets.
The teenager is alleged to have stolen five wallets containing some 900 euros over the last two months.
She was caught while reportedly trying to steal a 53-year-old woman’s purse at the market in the neighborhood of Kordelio.
