Greek police in easiest drug arrest ever
Police in northwestern Greece had their easiest ever arrest late on Friday when the tire on a truck passing in front of them burst, causing large packages of cannabis that had been hidden in the vehicle to be spilt onto the road.
The accident happened on the old Ioannina-Trikala national road.
Upon searching the vehicle, the officers found almost 20 kilos of the drug hidden inside.
The driver, a 53-year-old Albanian, was arrested.
