In association with London’s Whitechapel Gallery, Greek cultural organization NEON presents “Terrapolis” at the French School at Athens. The exhibition, the second joint project by the two organizations, brings together works of art that reconnect the human element with the animal kingdom. The display includes sculptures, installations and films created by artists such as Caroline Achaintre, Athanasios Argianas, Joseph Beuys, Huma Bhabha, Reg Butler, Lynn Chadwick, Marcus Coates, William Cobbing, Enrico David, Charlotte Dumas, Angus Fairhurst, Lucy Gunning, Dionisis Kavallieratos, Ugo Rondinone and Yayoi Kusama, among others. The show’s curator is Whitechapel Gallery director Iwona Blazwick. Opening hours are Tuesdays to Saturdays from 10 a.m. to 9 p.m. and Sundays from noon to 6 p.m. For more information on the show, visit www.neon.org.gr.
