Grivalia Properties REIC establishes two new wholly owned subsidiaries

Athens-listed Grivalia Properties announced on Monday it has established in Luxembourg two wholly new subsidiaries, Grivalia Hospitality SA and Grivalia New Europe SA.

It said that Grivalia Hospitality aims to acquire, deploy and manage hotels and touristic real estate mainly in Greece, while Grivalia NewEurope aims to acquire and exploit commercial real estate in countries that the company already operates.
