Israeli tourism to Greece rises sevenfold

The flow of tourism from Israel to Greece has grown sevenfold in the last few years, according to Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu.

In statements made this week in Tel Aviv after Netanyahu’s meeting with his Greek counterpart, Alexis Tsipras, the head of the Israeli administration stated that the number of Israeli tourists visiting Greece has grown from 50,000 per annum a few years ago to 350,000 today.
