State foundation provides over 24.5 million euros in scholarships in two years
Greece’s State Scholarships Foundation (IKY) has provided just over 24.5 million euros in scholarships over the last two years, the organization’s president Efi Basdra said Wednesday.
This amount does not include the 65 million euros provided directly to universities via the European Union’s Erasmus+ program.
IKY was founded in 1951 and provides scholarships to undergraduates, postgraduates and PhD students who attend courses in Greece or abroad.
