Nikos Theocharakis takes over at Athens Concert Hall

Former Finance Ministry general secretary Nikos Theocharakis has been appointed president of the Athens Concert Hall, the Cultural Ministry announced on Monday.

Theocharakis, an associate professor of economics at the University of Athens, replaced Yiannis Manos.

The cultural organization, which was established in 1991, was recently absorbed by the state, to be managed by the Culture Ministry.
