Hoist Finance plans partnership with Bank of Greece
Hoist Finance publ AB on Tuesday confirmed discussions regarding a strategic partnership with the Bank of Greece.
That transaction would, if concluded, consist of end-to-end portfolio management solutions and full-scale operational rationalization of resolved banks aiming at optimizing proceeds.
The company added that the transaction would not entail any material financial effects for Hoist Finance in the near future, and could open opportunities through Hoist Finance’s additional Greek market presence.
