The Athens State Orchestra performs works by Christos Samaras, Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky and Dmitry Shostakovich at the Athens Concert Hall on Friday, May 20. The ensemble is conducted by Ekhart Wycik. Also taking part in the concert is pianist Vassilis Varvaresos. The concert starts at 8.30 p.m. An introductory talk for ticket-holders will take place at 7.45 p.m. Prices for tickets range from 10 from 25 euros; 5 euros reduced.
