String Theory Ensemble | Athens | May 27

The String Theory Ensemble will be performing in the courtyard area of the Acropolis Museum in Athens on Friday, May 27. The ensemble comprises Argyros Bakirtzis (vocals, narration), Giorgos Paterakis (piano, orchestration), Evi Mazi (vocals, flute) and Konstantina Kyriazi (violin). The program is based on a mix of classical and contemporary music, ranging from works by Chopin to Portuguese fados and Greek songs. Starts at 9 p.m. and admission is free of charge. On the night, the museum’s exhibition halls will stay open until 10 p.m., while the restaurant will be open until midnight.
