State doctors, nurses to walk off job for four hours on Wednesday
Public hospital employees around the country will stage a four-hour work stoppage on Wednesday from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.
In a statement, the union representing hospital employees, POEDIN, said it was protesting against what it described as the dismantling of the national health system by the government’s reform drive and called on its members to participate in a rally outside the Health Ministry on the same day at 11.30 a.m.
