Doctor remanded for molesting 4-year-old daughter
A doctor who was arrested Friday on charges he sexually molested his 4-year-old daughter was remanded in custody Monday pending trial.
The man has denied the charges, claiming he was set up by his estranged wife with whom he has been involved in a court battle. But his plea of innocence was unheeded by the prosecutor, who ordered his temporary remand.
According to his estranged wife and her mother, who both filed the initial complaint, the man had allegedly started molesting the child last November.
