Cabbies arrested for tampering with meters

Police on Monday said they had arrested 17 taxi drivers after inspections over the weekend on cabs in Athens, Piraeus and outside Athens International Airport revealed that they had meddled with their meters.

The cabbies all faced a prosecutor.
