Nobu Food Festival | Athens | August 5-6
The 9th Nobu Food Festival takes place at the Matsuhisa Athens restaurant, located at the Astir Palace resort hotel in Vouliagmeni, southern Athens, on Friday, August 5, and Saturday, August 6. On both nights, internationally acclaimed chef and Nobu restaurant chain founder Nobu Matsuhisa will join diners and answer questions about his take on his native Japan’s culinary traditions. The chef and his team will be using local ingredients to create new dishes which will be incorporated in the restaurant’s menu for the summer season.
