Greek bank bailout fund sees big losses in 2015

The Hellenic Financial Stability Fund (HFSF) incurred significant losses last year due to the sharp drop in the prices of Greek bank shares, according to its annual report for 2015.

The losses from financial instruments, including the revaluation of banks’ shares, warrants and contingent convertibles (CoCos) held by the HFSF, were 9,334.2 million euros compared to 9,694.9 million euros in 2014.
