More refugees arrive on Chios
A total of 88 migrants and refugees arrived on Greece’s Aegean island of Chios in the past 24 hours, authorities said Wednesday.
No arrivals were recorded on the islands of Lesvos and Samos.
A total of 5,389 individuals are currently stranded on Lesvos, according to official data. Another 4,126 are sheltered on Chios and 1,325 on Samos, according to the same figures, bringing the total number to 10,840.
