New Democracy 6.4 percent ahead of SYRIZA, Alco poll shows

Greece’s main opposition New Democracy party has widened its lead over ruling SYRIZA, according to a poll by Alco for news website Newsit.

The survey indicates that support for the conservatives stands at 21.5 percent against 15.1 percent for the leftists.

This is a lead of 6.4 percent for New Democracy, which was ahead by 5.8 percent in the last opinion poll carried out by Alco.
