Tsipras to receive Anastasiades amid momentum in Cyprus talks
Greek Prime Minister Alexis Tsipras is to receive Cyprus President Nicos Anastasiades on Wednesday in Athens, the Cypriot government spokesman Nikos Christodoulides revealed on Twitter on Monday.
The meeting, which is scheduled to take place at 6 p.m., comes in the midst of momentum in the latest round of United Nations-mediated Cyprus peace talks.
Anastasiades is expected to brief Tsipras on the progress of negotiations and to meet with Greek President Prokopis Pavlopoulos and other top Greek officials.
