Car theft ring unraveled
A crime ring specializing in car theft was unraveled Friday by police who arrested nine suspects.
According to reports, the gang, which was active in Attica, stole cars and sold them or dismantled them for spare parts.
The nine arrested suspects included six Greek nationals aged between 22 and 33, two Albanian nationals, 21 and 24, and a 25-year-old Romanian.
The gang is believed to total 18 members and police are searching for the others.
