World Music Festival | Tinos | June 2-4

The annual Tinos World Music Festival returns for a fifth edition on the Pentecost holiday weekend from Friday, June 2, to Sunday, June 4. This year, the focus of the festival will be on guitars and other string instruments, with artists such as Dimitris Lappas, George Dinakos and Enver Izmailov slated to appear on the first night. On the second evening, Lefteris Chavoutsas and Vahan Galstyan will perform a tribute to Armenian folk music. On the final night, Vasilis Rakopoulos, Harris Lambrakis and Angel Polychroniou will explore the world of Aegean jazz.

The festival will take place at the Cultural Foundation of Tinos in the island’s main town. Admission to the festival is free and concerts start at 9.30 p.m. on all three days.
