Head of European rights court visits Greece
European Court of Human Rights President Guido Raimondi was in Athens on Thursday to mark Greece’s entry into the Superior Courts Network, created by the ECHR to facilitate the exchange of information between national superior courts.
The Italian judge met with Greek President Prokopis Pavlopoulos, parliamentary spokesman Nikos Voutsis and Justice Minister Stavros Kontonis.
The Council of State, meanwhile, is to hold a special event in his honor on Friday.
