Young Greek singer-songwriter Monika will be performing with her band at Athens International Airport on Friday, October 13, as part of AIA's “Fly Me to the Moon” cultural program. Monika appeared on the country’s indie music scene in 2008 with her debut album “Avatar,” followed by a second, “Exit,” in 2010. Since then she has recorded a third album in New York and toured both Europe and North America. The show at Greece’s biggest airport will take place at the departure’s level, Entrance 3, from noon to 1 p.m.
