Best-selling Norwegian crime writer Jo Nesbo is coming to Athens on Tuesday, October 17, to speak at the Onassis Cultural Center on the 20th anniversary of the release of his first novel, “The Bat.” Besides his interesting career, the former soccer player and stockbroker – who is also in a rock band – will talk about his latest novel, “The Thirst,” as well as Michael Fassbender's film version of his 2007 novel “The Snowman.” The event starts at 7 p.m. and admission is free of charge. The discussion, which is organized in cooperation with the Norwegian Embassy, will be mostly in English with simultaneous translation into Greek.
