American jazz trumpeter Wallace Roney – the only trumpet player personally mentored by Miles Davis and thus regarded as the legend’s heir – will be playing at the Half Note Jazz Club from Friday to Monday, October 20 to 23. He will be joined by Oscar Williams II on piano, Emilio Modeste on tenor sax, Curtis Lundy on double bass and Eric Allen on drums. Shows start at 10.30 p.m. on Friday and Saturday, and at 9.30 p.m. on Sunday and Monday. Tickets cost 20-30 euros and can be purchased in advance at www.viva.gr or by calling the venue’s box office.
