Refugees tell their stories at interactive exhibition
Ghassan, a refugee from Syria, stands in front of a photograph of himself at an interactive exhibition that opened at the National Museum of Contemporary Art in Athens this week and is set to run until January 31. The exhibition, titled "Face Forward… Into My Home," was put together by the museum and the United Nations refugee agency. It features Ghassan and other refugees in "experimental workshops" where they relate their stories about how war and civil strife in their homelands obliged them to flee to Greece. [ANA/MPA]
