Police investigate deadly car blaze
An unidentified individual was burnt after a car caught fire in Glyfada, southern Athens, on Thursday.
According to police the car was parked when it was engulfed in flames, burning the occupant, although they did not clarify whether the victim was dead or alive at the time the vehicle caught fire.
The identity of the person had yet to be established late Thursday and investigators said they could not tell if the body was that of a male or female.
Police have launched an investigation into the circumstances that led to blaze.
