Greek, Egyptian, Cypriot military exercise to start Friday
A joint military exercise by Greece, Egypt and Cyprus, dubbed Medusa 7-Alexandroupoli 18, is scheduled to get under way on Friday.
According to the Hellenic National Defense General Staff (GEETHA), the land, air and sea exercise on and around the island of Crete will be observed by military representatives from the United Arab Emirates, the US, Italy, Morocco and Portugal.
The exercise will run through November 30.
