Weather to take a turn for the worse

The good weather is to spoil with rain and strong winds forecast to sweep in from the northwest on Sunday night and spread across the country, bringing hailstorms in some parts, according to the National Weather Service (EMY).

The bad weather is to spread westward and across the Peloponnese on Monday before moving to central Macedonia, Thessaly and the islands of the Sporades. Other parts of the mainland, including Attica, are expected to be briefly affected.

On Tuesday, the wet front is to spread to Epirus and the islands of the Ionian.
