Queen of pop to hit Greece

Kylie Minogue will perform in Malakasa in May.

Kylie Minogue is coming and the news has brought a smile to the faces of her countless fans. Not only because she had initially not included Greece in her European tour, but because it is definitely worth seeing this genuine pop idol of the 1980s, 1990s and 2000s, who only seems to get better with time, live for the first time. So make a note in your diary and book your tickets now for the show on May 22 at Terra Vibe in Malakasa.

Hopefully, the ordeal of her health problems is a thing of the past. If we look at the photographs from recent performances, Kylie Minogue is at her most beautiful, petite in size but – as ever – larger than life on stage.

It is one of the rare occasions at a concert that you need not worry about recognizing at least one of the songs... In Kylie’s case it is more likely that you will know all the hits from all of her 10 albums. We have definitely heard them and can’t wait to here the queen of pop herself delivering them live in May.

“Kylie X 2008” is the name of the tour, and it begins on May 6 in Paris, with stops in Athens, Prague, Monaco, Berlin and London, among other cities. On her website she has described the show as new, revealing and innovative.

Tickets have been on sale here since December 19. Around the rest of the world, tickets sold out immediately. Ticket prices for the Malakasa performance range from 50 to 100 euros. For more information, call 210.360.8366.
