GREECE-CZECHOSLOVAKIA: Prague radio has announced that this year Czechoslovakia will officially participate with its own stand at the Thessaloniki International Fair, one of the most important in Europe, and that it would exhibit products from its light and heavy industries (...). The radio station added that Greek products such as tobacco, cotton and minerals could find a place in the Czechoslovakian market under equal terms, a system which would serve the interests of both countries. SHEPHERDESS’S SWEETHEART: Manos Katrakis’s Greek Popular Theater begins performances today of Dimitris Koromilas’s play “The Shepherdess’s Sweetheart.” Artist Spyros Vassileiou has designed the set and director Takis Mouzenidis will present the play in the form of a village festival, with dances by the Dora Stratou company.
