Residents of Aghia Marina, a seaside village on the eastern coast of Aegina, demonstrated yesterday outside the Merchant Marine Ministry in Piraeus in a bid to have their port designated as a stopping point for ferries heading for the Saronic Gulf island’s main harbor. Aghia Marina used to be on the route of some Aegina ferries.
