Athens Mayor Dora Bakoyannis...

Athens Mayor Dora Bakoyannis (r) and the president of the International Olympic Committee, Jacques Rogge (l), each sport a City of Athens gold medal, which the IOC chief was awarded yesterday for his roles in organizing last year's Athens Games. Rogge said the Olympics, which cost some 8.95 billion euros to host, were an 'unforgettable, dream Games' and that he had never doubted they would be a success.
