Women wearing traditional dress parade in Aristotelous Square in Drama, northeastern Greece, yesterday during an event in which Macedonia-Thrace Minister Margaritis Tzimas inaugurated a program aimed at making the city an all-year-round destination for Greek and foreign tourists. The government has stated its intent this year to try and attract more quality tourism to Greece, particularly during what are traditionally off-peak periods for visitors. Drama has a number of attractions, including a ski resort.
