Prime Minister Costas Karamanlis arrives...

CHRISTOLPHE KARABA/EPA

Prime Minister Costas Karamanlis arrives in Luxembourg yesterday for talks with his counterpart and current EU president Jean-Claude Juncker, ahead of a two-day European Council meeting, which begins on Thursday. Karamanlis said that he and Juncker agreed that the process of approving the European Constitution should continue, despite the Dutch and French ‘no’ votes. Karamanlis’s government faces a vote of confidence in the Greek Parliament on Sunday.
