PANTELIS SAITAS/ANA

Runners pass burned trees on Mount Parnitha, northwest of Athens, yesterday as they take part in the 24th Parnitha Run. The 16-kilometer race was held on a road that passes through an area of the Parnitha forest that was destroyed by fire this summer.
