Missing link. By the end of the year, the first two spans of the bridge linking Rio in the northwestern Peloponnese with Antirio in central Greece will be completed, officials said yesterday during a visit by Public Works Minister Vasso Papandreou to the site. Papandreou said 80 percent of the work on the 2.8-kilometer bridge has been done.
