Nicholas Garganas, governor of the Bank of Greece, yesterday called on investors to be wary when buying shares, noting that 'prices of stocks were disproportionately high.' The Athens Stock Exchange benchmark general index fell sharply yesterday, losing 2.7 percent. Garganas was addressing a parliamentary committee.
