PAVLOS MAKRIDIS/ANA

Environment Minister Giorgos Souflias yesterday opened a 15-km stretch of Egnatia Highway in northern Greece between Megali Volvi and Rentina, east of Thessaloniki. The government is aiming to complete construction of the highway by the end of 2008.
