Prime Minister Costas Karamanlis and former US president Bill Clinton wave to supporters outside the Maximos Mansion on Saturday. In his talks with Karamanlis, Clinton addressed environmental issues and developments on the international stage. Referring to PASOK’s election defeat, during a speech delivered at the Intercontinental Hotel in Athens on Friday night, Clinton said: ‘There is either something wrong with the product or with the pre-election campaign.’ The former president also expressed concerns about post-war Iraq and the situation in Kosovo.
